"just when the caterpillar

                                                    "do the work"

The psychotherapy process is neither easy nor simple. The process makes us think, it makes us laugh, it makes us cry. It brings out the best in us, and it helps us face our darkness. It shines light on our greatest strengths and encourages us to grow through our challenges. And if one is willing to do the work and face the vast (and sometimes unsettling) array of human emotion, like the butterfly, rising to heights unexpected and becoming the person one wants to be is really possible. You just have to do the work.

You are here for a reason. Something in your gut or your heart told you to check this web site out. Or perhaps a friend or loved one is concerned about you and forwarded you our link. Perhaps you are feeling confused, down, lost, injured or alone and have found yourself here. Maybe you are anxious, depressed or grieving the loss of a loved one. Hopefully this web site will serve to answer some of your questions about psychotherapy and encourage you to take the risk to explore the work you might want to do. Reach out. Doing the work of psychotherapy might be the best thing you'll ever do for yourself.
